Glitter Tattoos are a safe way to express each person’s personality. However, we do not recommend these sparkly tattoos for people with severe skin allergies. Also, children under the age of 3 may find it difficult to remain as still as needed to apply the glitter to ensure the design comes out as perfect as possible.
